Every lot is checked for count, twist and Oeko-Tex documentation before it enters the knitting hall.
- Stage 02
Knitting
Circular and flat machines run against an approved handloom sample; tension is logged each shift.
- Stage 03
Finishing
Softener and heat-set recipes are written per fabric, then relaxed for 24 hours before cutting.
- Stage 04
Cutting
Automated spreading and CAD marker planning keep fabric waste under 6% across the season.
- Stage 05
Sewing
Flatlock lines with covered labels and nickel-free snaps, inspected at every tenth piece.
- Stage 06
Quality & packing
AQL 2.5 final inspection, metal detection, then folding and cartoning to the buyer's retail spec.

- Every tenth piece
- Sewing lines are inspected in-line, not only at the end of the run.
- Final
